Nancy Manning helps buyers and sellers in Arlington, Alexandria, McLean and Falls Church and has been a “top producer” since 2005. She specializes in residential sales, listings, rentals, and investments. She works well with first time and move up buyers in educating them about the current real estate environment. She has also listed and sold building lots to builders and has successfully handled a variety of complex real estate transactions.
According to Nancy, “It’s all about location. Just look at a local map and you’re drawn towards Arlington with a long stretch on the Potomac River, 11 metro stops , and five bridges. Arlington provides great access to all parts of the Metro area. It’s actually easier to get into the District from Arlington than from parts of the District! Many Arlington residents commute to work outside the Beltway in Herndon, Reston, Bethesda, Landlover, Rockville and even Frederick, Maryland, Bowling AFB off I-295. People do pay a price for the convenience of living in Arlington, but they think it’s worth it”
